As a humanist who believes in equality and supporting ALL victims, I find this deeply disturbing.
It pains me to say this – and I don’t do so lightly – but the current British government is getting increasingly anti-men. Just this week we’ve seen that with a pretty Orwellian policy effort demonising boys and young men.
But that is not the only current case. What you highlight here is consistent with a different recent example that has gone somewhat under the radar. It relates to parental inequality and discrimination in family courts. I’ve written about it in a piece I will post here to Substack in a couple of weeks from now.
As you may have seen, in October the UK government confirmed that it would repeal the legal presumption of parental involvement – a principle contained in the Children Act 1989 – recognising that children thrive when both parents play a role in their lives.
The decision rests on a government-commissioned research report designed (seemingly) to reach a predetermined conclusion, relying heavily on advocacy material to justify changing the law. It contained very similar dubious methodological practices to those you outline in this video.
But, nobody bothered to scrutinise it. After all, why let data and facts get in the way of a preferred narrative, right?
There’s a lot more I could say here, but I’ll leave it for the essay that I intend to post in January.

We should automate the systematic analysis of feminist propaganda using ever increasing artificial intelligence to iterate over it and pull out all the deceit.
Meanwhile, use DNA to flush out all the mass cuckoldry, and measure the abortion atrocities of hundreds of thousands of maternal infanticides daily per the WHO.
And systematise the available videos and transcripts of animus possessed women who all seem to act in the same predictable ways in domestic disputes which they frequently manufacture.
We are missing a whole vocabulary to describe the female psyche’s propensities for deceit, abuse, and chaos. It's not just the BPD spectrum.
