Personally I am sick and tired of the narrative of a "Rape Culture". In order to argue that we do not live in a Rape Culture, I have been trying to develop a counterargument.

The next requirement is whether it is legally acceptable to rob and/or murder people.
The last requirement is that there is no punishment for criminal activity like robbery or murder.
We live in a society where the act of "Rape" is seen as abhorrent and not socially acceptable, in addition, it is against the law, and the legal system punishes people who are convicted of committing the criminal act of "Rape".

Thanks for this comment. Being of service can bring a response of wanting to return the favor. When this happens regularly it creates an upward cycle in relationships that solidifies things. The opposite is much more frequent these days, that when one bitches and complains it brings a similar response which when that happens regularly creates a downward negative cycle that is nearly impossible to escape.

Studies on rats suggest that rising population density causes long term stress on individual members which have biochemical effects in the brain resulting in various forms of sexual disruption that mimic what is observed in human populations vis a vis homosexuality. Such misfiring of normal sexuality would serve to prevent normal reproduction of many members of the population thereby relieving long term reproductive success at the population level and lowering the stress on the population long term.
If you look at the population level results of feminism...they suppress the male role as protectors and family founders, harm children and result in much less reproduction of the population as women make themselves toxic. Any wildlife manager knows that the most effective way to control a population is to limit the number of breeding females which is why hunting regulations target bucks, does and fawns differently depending on the population level goals of the policy in question. Could feminism be a manifestation of nature responding to over population in otherwise very successful human societies?
