The FBI has long reported that claims of sexual harassment and assault are the least reliable of all reported crimes....suggesting the problem we should be addressing in the name of justice is the misuse of accusations...not trying to protect accusers comfort and anonymity at the expense of the accused.
Title IX reports from universities that actually get brought to the courts find that 2 in 3 lack the evidence for any sanctions against the accused. Given the presumption of innocence, these cases must be treated as FALSE accusations. Since most people who are accused lack the resources to defend against such accusations in court, we must assume that false accusations overall are likely to be at least this common if not more so. Clearly the 2% number cited by feminists is an attempt to deny that women, more often than not, are misusing the accusation mechanism as a form of relational aggression. Such accusations that are not brought to a court of law observing due process rights should be summarily dismissed with prejudice as false accusations as would occur when police violate the rights of the accused and have any evidence they have gathered in that form dismissed as tainted.
It is long since time that courts open the records of all Title IX offices and the equivalent law enforcement agencies to allow a full evaluation of the claims involved...removing anonymity protections for all accusers, witnesses and advocates so that their truthfulness and history can be reviewed. Any Title IX or agency office found to have violated the rights of any accused person should be shut down permanently.
I think some people say 2% of accusations are false because the definition that they use of a false accusation, is that it’s been ruled a false accusation in a court… as you probably know, nearly all are not processed in a court.
Actually, the number, in my understanding, arose as follows: 100% of accusations are made. Many women choose not to pursue the allegations, police find no basis to proceed etc such that 6% of accusations lead to a court case. Of those court cases 1/3 (which differs from the Title IX case #s) are found by the court to be demonstrably false. Since 1/3 of % is 2%, the feminists argue that 2% of all accusations are false. This assumes every case never brought was true...which is absurd. Is it true that some cases never brought are true? Surely yes...but a case never brought has not been proven which means the accused must be treated as innocent. The Title IX false accusation cases failing 2 in 3 times in court (see Melanie's work 2017) makes sense compared to courts generally because university Title IX offices are more likely to "believe the woman" than actually look at the evidence objectively.
False implies a sense of justice, truth, and faith.
But most false accusers fall into an immoral category of bearing false witness.
It's business to them, the system offers asymmetric playoffs, they see no reason not to make a stupid choice that creates a net loss for all participants if it is convenient or desirable for herself.
Advocates for the Falsely Accused have an annual event, and it's today. Sorry for the late notice, but you can join online. It starts at 3pm Pacific Time.
False accusations are a UNIQUE separate crime, FA should NOT be connected to ANY other crime and to be treated as a stand alone crime… FA have nothing to do with actual events that have happened… FA is about something that hasn’t ACTUALLY happened…

Thanks, Tom, for your service. If there is any man whose appearance alone shows he is a good man, you are the epitome of that man

Isn’t it crazy. If we lie and cheat to the government or a business we can end up in jail but to another person, and proven, it’s a different outcome.

False accusations have 1, and ONLY 1 INTENT, to completely destroy a man's live.
Pure EVIL!

It's a fraud - an intention to deceive and profit or gain something from that deception.
