There is nothing toxic about masculinity - nor femininity. Feminism - toxic by definition - is, on the other hand, a whole different and malodorous kettle of fish.
"The accusation simply becomes part of the cultural atmosphere."
-This applies really well to the case of Joey Ryan. A wrestler who has, via accusations alone, lost his ability to make a living. His case definitely deserves more objective contemplation. Better yet, the default men=bad narrative needs challenging.
“It sounds like you’re having a hard time finding compassion for men.” I'm definitely utilising that bad boy going forward 👍
English law also has various safety features to mitigate the damage of bearing false witness.
I look forward to simulation of policies. Because believe all women is most injurious to justice. It's in just to punish the innocent and in just to reward the wicked.
Definitions matter, and law has been subverted against justice.
Let's see how those various safety features benefit Russel Brand. IMOP, if there were really safeguards against FALSE accusations in ANY law, English or otherwise, GOSSIP STORIES from GROUPIES against MALE celebrities wouldn't even proceed to trial. IMOP if you even indict a MAN for unsubstantiated impromptu 'claims' from aging GROUPIES you are setting the defendant up for failure.
Much of this battle is being fought on linguistic terrain that most men aren't equipped to navigate because we don't understand the rules of the game.
Most men assume words mean their dictionary definition. That's a logical framework. Much of this isn't operating in a logical framework at all. It's emotional and relational. The words are often preloaded with assumptions, and if you accept the frame, you've already lost.
Think of the kid in the playground who says, "You're chicken if you don't do this stupid thing."
The trap isn't whether you do it or not.
The trap is accepting that the only options are proving you're brave or admitting you're chicken.
The real answer is: "I reject your frame."
When I was young, some of my mates used to run across a railway viaduct between trains to prove they were manly. One day I saw all four of them hanging from the edge because two trains appeared at once. Their only option was to hang on and hope they didn't fall a hundred feet.
The challenge wasn't courage. The challenge itself was stupid.
I'm also not convinced that repeated accusations always create shame. Sometimes they create defiance.
My brother used to steal biscuits and blame me. I'd get punished. Eventually I started helping myself to the biscuits because if I was getting blamed regardless, I might as well get a biscuit out of it.
I suspect that's part of why some boys are being pulled into online spaces. If you repeatedly tell a boy he's toxic, privileged, dangerous, or defective, many won't conclude they're bad. They'll conclude they're being bullied or marginalised.
Then they go looking for strength, belonging, and brotherhood elsewhere.
Unfortunately, that often leads them toward the loudest self-promoters rather than the wisest mentors.
Young men need positive examples of strength, responsibility, competence, and purpose. If society won't provide them, somebody else will.
"I reject your frame" !! Yes! For the win! It is rarely acknowledged that men and boys are having to deal with a culture that judges them and their worth. If they don't measure up they can lose their identity as a man. Women do not have that same threat. We live in different worlds.
Very good. I like your biscuit stealing analogy. I am sometimes surprised that feminists have not driven rape sky high. After all, if we're all going to be accused of being a rapist anyway... That this has not happened really does show that men are good.
Sheesh... I've never even considered that side of it. My instinct is slightly different though. I don't think most men respond to being accused by becoming the thing they're accused of. Most men don't avoid rape because society tells them not to. They avoid rape because they have empathy, self-control, a conscience, and a basic respect for other human beings.
What I do think happens is that repeated unfair accusations can destroy respect for the person or institution making them.
That was really the point behind my biscuit story. I didn't start stealing biscuits because I believed I was a thief. I started stealing them because I was being punished regardless, so the authority making the accusation lost credibility in my eyes.
Perhaps that's where some of the anger we see online comes from. Not men accepting the accusation, but rejecting it. If a boy hears often enough that he's toxic, privileged, dangerous, or somehow morally suspect simply for being male, many won't conclude they're bad people. They'll conclude the accusation is unfair and start looking elsewhere for answers, belonging, and validation.
The problem is that the people waiting to provide those answers are not always the wisest mentors.
The fact that most men continue behaving decently despite hearing negative stereotypes says something important. Not only that men are good, but that most men refuse to let unfair labels define who they are.
"Most men ... [do not] rape because they have empathy, self-control, a conscience, and a basic respect for other human beings."
I agree. So for men whose empathy is diminished because of the way they are treated, who were brought up without a father to teach them self-control, they have respect and conscience left.
"repeated unfair accusations can destroy respect..."
It's getting thin, do you see? I think men are indeed internally fighting back against the labels, developing stronger sense of themselves. That's why we have the prohibited actions needing to be ever tightened, so that a cuss word is now "violence", refusing to fund a partner's overspending is "financial coercion" and simply being chatty with a woman at work can be classed as "harassment".
Feminism set out to destroy society and it is succeeding. Yet men are still good.
Researchers have found several different reasons for false-rape accusations. Eugene Kanin found three main reasons in his study of a small midwestern town's false accusations of rape: alibi, revenge, and attention/sympathy. Fifty-six percent used false accusations to establish an alibi for "some suddenly foreseen, unfortunate consequence of a consensual encounter." Twenty-seven percent used false accusations to retaliate against a "rejecting male." And eighteen percent used false accusations to gain attention/sympathy. Kanin's follow-up study of two midwestern universities gave these results: alibi-53%, revenge-44%, attention/sympathy-3%. The "false-accusation-of-rape culture" could increase all three excuses. Since women are seen as angels by society, and men are seen as scum, women could be pressured to use alibis to blame all of their faults on men. Feminist hatred of men could easily result in false-accusation revenge against them. And feminists' need for attention/sympathy from other feminists could also help explain false accusations to increase a woman's feminist cred. No wonder false accusations of rape are so high.
Studies also give some interesting data on why women do not report rapes to the police. One study *** lists eight reasons. As well as reasons one would expect, e.g., "fear of reprisal" and "did not believe police would help," 18.3% (percentages are an average of three different time frames) said that they did not report because they thought it was a personal matter, 7.3% did not think it was important enough to report, and 5.3% did not want to get the rapist into trouble. This adds to 30.9%. And 31.0% did not respond or did not give one of the eight main reasons. This indicates that somewhere between 30.9% and 61.9% of respondents did not think that what happened to them was very serious. Of course some rapes and sexual assaults are traumatizing and very serious. And some aren't. But feminist activists seem to be trying to make all sexual assaults comparable to murder. This is hysteria.

Indeed the Kanin study was devastating to their narrative and that is why they had to attack it so vehemently. Kanin was pretty careful in what he did and what he assumed.
My proposal to punish false-witnessers like those women teachers and mothers and other professional women poisoning our children, and disrespecting men and decent women that love the men and boys in her life.
So, if she said in public where other could hear it - she better have evidence or public pissing-&-screaming will help her and others that watch or hear about it.
If she repeats the crime again and again .. the 4th time she would be legally incompetent and dangerous to society, and she gets to live away from us and our children in a pretty town, I would say a nice town - except other witches live here.
So much false-witnessing! ..
Using Thomistic Theology I have proposed a solution ..
We need that and .. by the Grace and Will of God, ..
.. It's long Past time all God-Fearing men worldwide join - We need an Abrahamic World-Wide Justice System, to start .. then a Traditional pre-1958 Pope-King-Man (of course!)
The Abrahamic System, 9 Orthodox Justices; 3 Christians, 3 Jews, 3 Muslims. A Top world Court, And One in every world region. Shared Commandments, Natural Law, Freedom of Hearing, Conversion, Worship, ...
Another aspect of this problem is actually a problem of integrity in women generally. Women have been led to believe that lying is acceptable to shield themselves from the consequence of their own conduct. We see this with the entire issue of abortion. Many women seem to be of the belief that they should be able to have sex without consequences whenever it suits them. If an unwanted pregnancy results, she is quite willing to lie, cheat and steal to abort the unborn child regardless of the killing of an innocent or the wishes of the father of the child. If the woman wants the unborn child, however, the man must now be made her slave to support it. The core of the issue here is seen in all issues where women must accept responsibility for their own actions. They simply refuse to do it and will cause any harm necessary to others to avoid it. One does NOT see this trait en masse with men...and one does see it with women across cultures suggesting there may be an underlying biological fault here.
I agree up to saying it is a biological fault. Hypergamy is a part of who humans are, and we are arguably the most successful animal to have existed on Earth.
The issue society has is in not recognising true feminine and masculine issues and strengths and structuring themselves to mitigate and benefit from them.
Perhaps...but the data are real and the only explanation that would hold across cultures is if it were based in biology. Just as women are shorter and physically weaker statistically than men, there is no reason to believe that psychological traits cannot have a similar sex based difference in distribution.
This is all very true. What is amazing is how many women have so normalized the anti-male narrative that they will even justify blatant racism if it has the effect of combatting men. (If black men are targeted 50% if false accusations that's just fine because we know racism is a problem but the confronting the conduct of men is MORE important. This was said by a female PhD professor in response to a poster I gave that defended the right of due process. This woman has led a personal cancellation campaign against me and is seen as a "leader" among women.)
One thing I would add here is that the negative portrayal of men as toxic etc. when you look at each statement objectively, actually turns out to be a far more accurate depiction of the conduct of feminist WOMEN than men. The whole exercise is actually projection by toxic WOMEN on the rest of society. It is time that we start pointing this out. Further, it is also time that women are held accountable both when they behave in toxic fashion, but when they fail to defend men from such attacks. We need to adopt the strategy that a woman who isn't part of the solution is part of the problem and she will be ostracized, avoided and ignored if she fails to challenge the feminist narrative. Does this lead to a polarized society? No...the feminists already polarized us...time to turn that polarity into a major cost to women instead of just harming men.
If you read all the bemoaning of femcels about not being able to attract a man, I think you will see that the boycotting of women who are not consciously anti-feminist is already underway.
The plummeting birthrates of nations has many causes but the avoidance of feminist traits, is among them.

Thanks Benzies. Glad you liked that phrase. It is very effective in stopping things quickly unless you have a pathological critter in your midst.

Gamma bias too.
If she rapes him, ha ha.
If she accused him, this is serious, bypass all due process.
Sadly false accusers almost never face any sanctions.
There's a lot to unwrap here.
