I’ve been falsely accused, so I know exactly what this feels like.
Back in 2007, the company I worked for tried changing our contracts. There were sections I wasn’t comfortable signing, so I crossed them out. HR told me if I refused to sign, I’d be terminated. So I signed it and wrote beside my signature: “under duress.”
About four hours later, the HR manager called me screaming down the phone about what she was going to do to my career. First lesson learned: record everything.
I immediately filed an official complaint about her behaviour.
Two days later, I was called into a meeting with HR and informed there were now 10 allegations of sexual misconduct against me. I was told I could resign quietly or face the consequences.
They had already spoken to my internal clients and implied I would be leaving soon.
I was given 24 hours to decide.
I walked back into the next meeting with my wife beside me recording everything. Afterwards she said she was shocked by how obvious the goading was. They wanted me angry. They wanted me to lose control.
What people don’t understand is how accusations like this make you feel. Dirty. Ashamed. Like somehow you must have done something wrong, even when you know you haven’t. It becomes almost impossible to defend yourself socially because the accusation alone changes how people look at you.
I even bought books on sexual misconduct because I genuinely asked myself: “Am I that man without realising it?”
Then I realised this wasn’t about sex. It was about power and retaliation.
I contacted one of my most senior clients, someone I had trained along with his wife and children. He told me immediately he believed it was a setup and arranged for the Head of Employee Relations to investigate independently.
The investigation found nothing against me.
Most of the allegations collapsed under context. One accusation was that I told a woman she looked “fit.” I was a personal trainer discussing her sports conditioning and performance. Another was telling a receptionist she looked “tousled” after she and several others arrived at work still visibly drunk at 6am.
The final outcome was that the accusations had been used to pressure me into signing the contract and withdrawing my complaint.
The strangest part?
A year later, the HR manager was fired for allegedly sending thousands of sexually explicit emails.
One thing I learned from the whole experience:
when someone tries to destroy you in a particular way, it often tells you more about how they think than how you do.
It would seem that false accusations by women are baked into the DNA cake, and it makes sense to some degree: smaller and weaker, it's the perfect best-defense-is-a-good-offense technique, especially as one to present to OTHER men, whose instinct is hardwired to provide and protect. And whom are they hardwired to protect? Women. Remember the 'sixties song, "My Boyfriend's Back in Town?" Yeah, he'll take care of you, by God!
Humanity is pretty old, with a lot of history behind it, and millennia of experience has taught some cultures a thing or two. Sharia law weighs the testimony of a woman half that of a man. Why is that - misogyny? No. Hundreds of years, if not thousands, of experience.
If ensconced in law as a crime - which it is - and prosecuted, the problem might not completely solve itself, but I'll guarantee it would become far less of one. Many call for the punishment that would have been meted out to the accused - and that would certainly be biblical - but just six months of jail time would have good effect.
LAUGH OUT LOUD. 8% LOL. England is cucked. More like 98% of rape claims are LIES, the 2% to 8% are the REAL rapes. Check my notes. International defense lawyer John Davis shows on a graph that 97% of rape claims are LIES in the US. and 98% are LIES in the UK. Please check my notes. The mainstream uses the truth in reverse. As in Saul Alinsky's "RULES FOR RADICALS' 101: 'Use the truth in reverse' the 2% are the REAL rapes. The 98% are FALSE accusations.
Yes, and an Airforce study in the US and was the subject of a discovery channel/A&E/ documentary with Sam Donadlson in the 1990's revealed that 60% of military w0e-MEN admitted to making FALSE rape reports, that's just the ones who admitted it, keep in mind ONLY false rape reports the accuser ADMITTED to are counted as FALSE. Even then >60% LIED. By their own admission! In the military alone! And there are other studies where accusers took lie detector tests and before & after they were asked if they or someone they knew made a false accusation and it still turned out to be over 60%
Many men are in the dark about female nature. But the evidence is piling up. At some point, it'll reach a critical mass, there'll be a phase transition, and AVALANCHE of truth and justice.
I've edited my comment to "England is cucked" I didn't mean it against you personally and I apologize if that's how it came off, hence the reason for my edit.
OK, and I don't mean it personally against you, but England is cucked even worse than the US. The actual number of false accusations is between 97 to 98% the 2% are the REAL rapes. You see, the truth is being used in reverse
Even inaccurate thoughts may reflect a piece of information worth investigating further.
The walking dead men, half executed by family law, having received a circumcision of the soul in unconstitutional family law courts that enforce unconscionable contracts against them and reward false accusations, even these walking dead men have gems to share.
However, look the resulting potential for resilience.
Look at the subtraction of all that fluff like approval etc and see the robust core.
Look at the result of hitting rock bottom and finding the core, the core reality of the self.
Look at the antisocial personalities accusing and condemning, look at them and what they become.
Look at all the blather about 'friendship' 'sociality is so necessary' etc and look at the core, real, resilient, variety rich self that can emerge 'when all else fails'.
Look at the possibilities.
Look at the men who emerge from this fire of the soul.
indeed. Men tend to hold themselves accountable and this produces maturity. Women? Well, read David Shackleton's book where he marks out the problems we face by saying: Men are held accountable but don't get empathy contrasted with women getting empathy but not being held accountable. The solution? Give men empathy and hold women accountable. Until that happens we are fooked. https://amzn.to/4d9MuWu
Great article Tom. Accurate and insightful observations as always.
I’m no fan or advocate for victim culture on any level. It is an insidious and abhorrent breach of the social contract. It predicates on personal bias and is defeated on the inability to apply the principles universally, across an entire population.
What I don’t understand is why we so casually deal with behaviour that has such profound consequences? False allegations are more than adequately catered for in legal statute and common law throughout the world.
The only issue affecting us is our acceptance of law enforcement and the judiciary to fail to uphold the law.
No doubt. But to help us determine a focus and target for the panoramic grandeur of the narcissism, what is an aspect of what they want for themselves that they most strongly and widely and increasingly feel a need to defend — the best defense of which is their unceasing offense about male inferiority? A lot of the general public and even some media and political types, will recognize intuitively that selfish, narcissistic women are very, very afraid of losing their clear cultural mandate of parental superiority. They are so much more loving, nurturing and peaceful than men are! Men are threatening that female-advantageous stereotype more and more, along with all the cultural accoutrements that come with it. Not every narcissistic woman wants to be a mother right now, of course, but most of them at a deep level want the sexistly female prerogative to be a mother at any point it becomes an option they want to exercise — narcissistically and to the detriment of their children and any man who might threaten the idea that women are always and inherently superior parents. That doesn’t cover every type and aspect of female narcissism, but it is a powerful, pervasive and unexamined aspect that is easy to see when we focus a bright light upon it. Your thoughts?
Two concepts related to false accusations are playing-the-victim and rape-fantasies. Wikipedia states:
“Playing the victim… is the perceived fabrication or exaggeration of victimhood for a variety of reasons such as to justify abuse to others, to manipulate others, a coping strategy, attention seeking or diffusion of responsibility.”
False accusations are a huge problem...indeed...this is a far LARGER problem than sexual harassment or sexual assault. It is time society began punishing false accusers and those who enable them by charging them the MAXIMUM penalty that the "accused" would have faced for what they were accused of plus the MAXIMUM penalty for perjury. Further, once a false accuser is identified her testimony and any future accusations should be deemed automatically false and not open to review in her favor.
If restoration of due process and punishment for false accusers to disincentivize such conduct in the future does not occur soon, then the continued safety of those making the false accusations and supporting them will soon not be able to be guaranteed.
interesting idea - "future accusations should be deemed automatically false" that can be put under "Things we would like to see!" I have seen so many men get screwed by a chronic false accuser who is protected by rape shield laws disallowing questions about previous relationships. We are living in a crazy place!
Excellent article Tom, however, I would argue that 99% of false accusations are leveled NOT BY PEOPLE but primarily by w0e-MEN. I would also argue that ALL false accusations are MALICIOUS, feeling hurt, violated, or unsafe is NO excuse for a false accusation. Ambiguity over a past sexual encounter is NO excuse for a false accusation. I would argue that ALL false accusations are malicious. The fact that the entire media gives a platform to false accusers is right out of communism and that the courts & media are now joined at the hips even more so, and that MOST false accusers are ACTORS probably PAID ACTORS further solidifies the point. We are under communism.
By far the most common type of false accusation that comes into my support is some type of sexual assault claim against a male. And far too often they end up pleading guilty to avoid a lengthy sentence. Often there is evidence of innocence that was never introduced, a defense attorney that takes their money then pushes them into a deal, etc. My son was falsely accused, we beat the charges, he's ok if not nearly as trusting as he was. Former bf (false accusation of dv) has ptsd so bad he decided he couldn't be on a relationship. Current bf (toxic custody battle, false accusations) is ok, but again not nearly as trusting. Different people are certainly affected differently, but nobody escapes completely unscathed. Looking forward to part 2.
Common indeed. And who do you think does the workshops training judges about this sort of thing? Feminists who are paid by our tax dollars to brainwash judges into their way of seeing the world. No alternate view in sight.
One of the NCFM advisors actually got video on a public records request showing judges who train family court judges telling them to just grant domestic violence restraining orders even if there wasn't any violence. Because it would just be overturned on appeal if they didn't.

Great example of using the masculine strength of calmly standing your ground. Well done Sir.
Bingo!
I’ve said it before! I’ll say it a thousand times!
False Accusation needs to carry THE SAME PUNISHMENT, as the Crime being falsely accused!
This WILL change things!
Exactly. Same punishment and no more reduced sentences.
My article here draws an ethical equivalence between rape and false rape-accusations: https://biard.substack.com/p/saying-all-men-is-the-ethical-equivalent.

Interesting, half that of a man? Hmmmm. False accusations might become fewer....

Moral shock kills many men when they realize the scale of the gamma bias.
English law had plenty of guards against false accusations from women.
We still have the statistics, e.g. FBI says 8% of rape accusations are proven false.
But believe all women and due process projects Patriarchy has subverted law against justice.
The process is the punishment.
Women can often query police for false accusations on a man.
Honor = an eye for an eye
Dignity = words can never hurt me
Victim culture = weakness is power
We have moved to a victimhood culture. It's currency of conflict. And it's debased and counterfeit.

8% does seen very low...the Kanin research concluded 47% i think, I forget.
Important to point out Tom, ONLY accusations the accuser ADMITTED were false are counted as FALSE.

Iron sharpening iron brother.
This is the manosphere.
Even inaccurate thoughts may reflect a piece of information worth investigating further.
The walking dead men, half executed by family law, having received a circumcision of the soul in unconstitutional family law courts that enforce unconscionable contracts against them and reward false accusations, even these walking dead men have gems to share.
The 2 to 8% false rapes is inaccurate. The rate of FALSE rape accusations is at least 97 to 98% FALSE
So cuckoldry is also pertinent to our conversation.
Georgia a US jurisdiction recently mandated paternity tests for baby Daddy accusations and half of them came back proving deceit.
Predictably the false accusers aren't punished. It's like a lottery to them.
The UK has a national socialist medical industry, and they've formally announced 10% cuckoldry affecting 4% of house holds.
Yet, again, the state steps in with gamma bias to grant innocent men the consequences of womens deceit.
I think this affects all Anglosphere countries. France even criminalized a father performing a paternity test due to the culture of cuckoldry.
False accusations are called the silver bullet in family law.
She calculates that heads she wins, tails he loses.
It even attracts legal aid funding in some jurisdictions.
There were reports years ago of lawyers conferences teaching family lawyers exactly how to use that silver bullet.
I would bet that FBI stat is missing a zero AFTER the 8 but we'll never know because government.
As always, looking forward to part 2.

No Not Fooked
That's what I'm saying,
As long as men rely on a weaponised feminist dominated public sphere to recognise, and take accountability, we will be waiting forever.
The whole point of weaponised fem. is to not EVER be accountable or fair or humane.
Get on with your lives now, independent of what the rest of the Cluster B ridden world does, thinks or says.
Grab your sanity and run with it as it's the most golden asset possible.

Why?
i would guess the invisible power of gynocentrism plays a large role.
Nice, Tom. In your view is there a primary motive the nasties have for libeling and slandering men at the sweeping cultural level?
Hi Jack - Well, what is the motive of a pathological narcissist? It is ALL about them.
No doubt. But to help us determine a focus and target for the panoramic grandeur of the narcissism, what is an aspect of what they want for themselves that they most strongly and widely and increasingly feel a need to defend — the best defense of which is their unceasing offense about male inferiority? Substack-feminists obsess over rape to pretend they irresistable to men.
Hi, Baird. Are you saying those are the only two?
I am not saying that. What else do you have in mind?
It's fairly well accepted that false allegations of IPV and false allegations of child abuse occur in divorce proceedings.
