Of the 88 names, the majority are female and all of them are in the humanities. Not one author from the sciences. The humanities departments of every University are filled with Lefty woke activists, and they are the reason that the universities are anti-intellectual and must be dismantled.
Yet we all know that if I said: "real women should stay at home" I'd be thrown to the wolves and be called a "misogynist".
This kind of thing reminds me more and more that the one hand is screaming blue murder whilst the other one hand is screaming something the opposite... etc., etc....
I appreciate you pulling together the historical record. The legacy media only tends to report and sensationalize the accusations. So today I wonder whether people remember the facts if you mention the Duke Lacrosse Team.
It's good for us to remember the misandry and how it was so easy for people to believe those young men were guilty. Hard to imagine a similar reaction of those accused had been young women.
Thank you for posting this article and exposing this vile creature who caused so much pain and all her supporters especially the gang of 88 who supported her false accusations before due process took its course. I hope she is never forgiven and lives out her miserable life in jail as should all those creatures who think false accusations are excusable and an error in judgement.
When I lived in Amerika, I was the target of multiple false accusations by women who, apparently, I failed to please. These were not people I knew, just Empowered Ones who happened to cross my path and called 911 when I failed to jump high enough concerning whatever they were demanding I do at the moment.
On one occasion, I was falsely imprisoned due to one accusation brought before the feminist court system. On another occasion, after the cop cars roared up to my house, called me out to interrogate me, and then found in their investigation that the accusations were false, were the false accusers punished? LOL! Of course not. They're FEMALES. Not subject to the 'law' like men and boys are.
I left Amerika almost a decade ago because I could not reasonably be safe there, and I did not know when the next accusation and imprisonment would arise . . . no matter how much I tried to avoid females.
I am a Christian and I am asked to forgive those women -- and their courts, and their cops, and their communities -- who did evil to me while patting one another on the back and calling it justice. Calling it 'protecting vulnerable women'.
Truth is, I don't forgive them. I don't forgive the communities that empower and act upon women's every word and accusation. And I don't forgive the nation that aids, funds, and abets all of it. Truth is, I'd like to kick the shit out of all of the little lying scumbags, right down to the home-hive, D.C.
Do I forgive Mangum and the Duke 88? No. I don't. I would toss every last one of them -- and the Duke administration -- into jail today if it were in my power. Because it is the lack of all CONSEQUENCES to females that drive false accusation and the war on men and boys. Until these people experience sufficient negative consequences for their evil, they will continue doing it.
Evidence from the universities I have been involved with suggest that false accusations exceed legitimate complaints, that this is known by both university administrators and Title IX coordinators, and that they have no problem with innocent men being punished so long as the complaining woman is made "whole". I have seen feminist activists with institutional power literally state that it doesn't matter if the wrong man is punished so long as the woman benefits. Frankly...any accusation of rape should be immediately referred to law enforcement. Any person (and it is almost always women) who make false accusations..i.e. make accusations that they cannot support with evidence in court, should face the maximum penalty for both perjury and rape. Those who aid and abet them including legal counsel should share the punishment with the perpetrator.
Agree, but the present problem is that law enforcement are trained by feminists and are disciplined if they stray from that narrative. It is a rigged game.
True...time to raise the stakes by mass publishing the names of accusers, their counselors and advocates as well as the names of police officers aiding and abetting them.
Unknown. In the case where it was used, the false accusing woman was lashing out at a man SHE had initiated sex with...started sharing with everyone how she had found the man she would marry etc. When he told her that while he liked her as a friend he wasn't looking for marriage, she then turned on him on the advice of sexual assault advocates that he had "used" her and thus had "raped" her. The head activist admitted that sometimes women transfer their bad experience with one man to the next, but as long as she could heal because a man was held accountable, that was what was important not whether it was the right man. The accuser had previously been rejected when her boyfriend left her to go out with her MALE best friend. The head activist was a university employee and recipient of large amounts of federal funding to assist women in dealing with "rape" culture.
"Evidence from the universities I have been involved with suggest that false accusations exceed legitimate complaints...".
This is, of course, also the case with evidence other than from universities. In "The Empathy Gap: Male Disadvantages and the Mechanisms of Their Neglect" William Collins estimates - using only official statistics - that 77% of rape allegations made to the police are false.
It could be even worse than that. A family friend was the administrative assistant at a college for decades and ended her career in the Title IX office. She said they went from having a complaint every few years to several a week and said she found over 95% of them to be false accusations designed to gain benefits/advantages from the college or to get back at someone the accuser had a beef with. Perhaps its time for a new catch phrase, "Never believe the woman!"
I know the answer to this question, but can you imagine what would happen if the false accusation rates of these universities began to be published on-line and in newspapers? Perhaps that's something that can be organized with some discrete undercover operations and lawsuits requiring release of this information under the Cleary Act.
Apologies, but I'm in the UK and know nothing about the Act. I regularly post the 77% figure in comments streams - notably of The Times and Spectator - but of course the publications themselves would never give it any "oxygen" in their articles.
One of the names on the Group of 88 list is Prof. Cathy Davidson. Davidson was later appointed by Obama to head the National Endowment for the Humanities:
Damn. That is a potent article. Fascinating perspective on empathy and makes sense of the feminization of our culture and the results we are seeing. Loved the spotlight idea. You said: Higher education is perhaps the only product in which Americans spend tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars without having any clear sense of what they are purchasing.
this is amazing hey..
One man I read a lot from and watched videos over Capitalism Fair Trade.. in order to educate myself 'what is capitalism' mentioned once - consumers are their own worst enemy.. A Capitalist would find the best deal, most efficient means of producing whereas Consumers look at something and buy it.. without any research.. I was struck by this very much.. good or bad ...
I researched a few of the Gang and what I found made me think: these people were really sucked into the tornado surrounding the 'charged students'.. and this can happen to any of us of course, but they are getting paid from ?? Tax Payers Dollars for providing what education??
I could ramble.. but honestly this whole thing was a shambles without these males being charged.. What are we paying Universities to do? Actually..
I will read your article but skimming through it I thought.. maybe it is worth finding any articles by those involved and against the Men; then commenting, if available, that it has now been proven that the woman involved fabricated the whole thing....
And how did those you lads fair in the world after their reputations were crushed by that evil; what of the parents and families; this foul creature should be tried for false allegations and given more time so she can never be released
In the Duke Chronicle: "“When we met and were about to begin the interview, she made it clear that all she wanted to do is to apologize,” DePasquale wrote to The Chronicle. “It felt like this apology was something she needed to get off her chest.”
I know the reporter says the 'getting it off her chest'... I'm struck by the this, it disturbs me... I wonder what she has really done, redemption, to right all the wrongs that were done?????
All those banner holders that were wrong, all those professional people that were wrong...

Raze, lime over, and dance upon the ruins of their profitable Hate Factories. Start with the Ivy League.

I see that Alex Jones also covered this story. Good to see rape liars being covered by conservative media.

Where are all the lying harridans now? What consequences did they suffer? None. They never do and that is why this will never end.

Falsely accusing females must face the exact punishment they sought for their male victim.
4 sure… watch this space. My husband has been accused of historical sexual crimes and it is all false allegations
Thanks for the post. Where does this idea of making the woman 'whole' come from? Is this from feminist literature, or websites?
I think it is camouflage. The term "whole" is so nebulous that it can't be defined. All the better to use as what women need. It's a trap.
The term is common-law legal doctrine. It has nothing to do with feminist theory.

Agreed. My reading of the stats on which he based his figure of 77% suggested to me the figure was at the lowest of the range of possibilities.
I know the answer to this question, but can you imagine what would happen if the false accusation rates of these universities began to be published on-line and in newspapers? Indeed Jim, many of them were promoted to higher positions like this one:

go figure, dean of this, director of that. whoo boy
Interesting that only 5 of the 88 were in STEM fields.
I recommend https://www.gurwinder.blog.p.how-empathy-makes-us-cruel-and-crazy
Gurwinder explores the role of empathy in both the feminizing of our society and in the cruelty seen in supposedly empathic reactions to such issues.

Do it!
Sometimes I am so shocked at such things that my head has an exorcist moment where it spins .. :) :)
As Tom says below: Damn that is a potent article...
Who would ever have though about empathy - differently...
Thanks for the education... :)
