All that overwrought pearl-clutching over a Catholic expressing Catholic views to a Catholic audience. I wonder whether any of them knows what actual misogyny looks like - in places where it's happening right now, as we speak. And would they care about it if they did know?

The over-reaction is truly telling isn't it?

Yep. The demand for misogyny exceeds the supply.

Asking, "Are feminists bullies?" is like asking does the sun rise in the east. I have long said that feminism is just classy name for what should be called women's ways of bullying. It is similar to how teenage women bully their unpopular or rival peers, but taken to a whole new level of nastiness and cruelty. Men have some areas where they need to work on character flaws. Women do too. The conduct of feminists is really very much codification of character flaws that women possess in abundance and which women seek to glorify rather than address as areas for CHANGE in their own souls.

Yes, well said. But please tell me why men don't fight back?

We have been trained not to. The difference between men and women is that while men will fight physically, once dominance is shown, the matter is usually resolved and the two either move one or even become fast friends. With women, conflict is never resolved but it carried forward with vicious vindictiveness for generations. It may be time for men to reassert the role natural selection has seemed to give them of being law giver and enforcer not just against themselves but of women as well.

Thanks for an interesting response.

I encourage you to visit a college bar during the busy hours and watch the interactions that occur. Women do a lot more fighting than they would care to admit and it is always men or male staff that have to break up the fights. Many of the male fights are actually sparked by the conduct of the women as they manipulate the men. Women sometimes play the role of peacekeeper between men, but that is more the exception than the rule.

Such an important comment Jamie. Thank you. This is so often the default in men, to automatically and without thinking come to the aid of women. It's a knee jerk reaction and yet feminists have framed things as men oppressed women. And so it goes.

Would you mind if I used the story about the tram. It's a great description of a very common scenario for men.

Cancellation is a form of bullying. I think the modern age is dominated by the Feminine. Because women tend to express their aggression thrive gossip, reputation destruction, and innuendo, women are the prone to engage in bullying and social media is an ideal tool for that form of aggression.

Tom addresses a key attribute of the feminist bullies. Once they hear that somebody has criticized their dogma, they stop listening or reading (if they ever read the item in question at all) and begin spouting the indignant slogans that are their hallmark. They do not engage the controversial content or, for a second, consider that some criticism is useful for everybody. To them matters are simple: our side, the other side, right vs. wrong. Hatred gets their juices flowing, and they perform their hatred for each other, which is one of their favorite community-building activities. Bullies are weak and insecure, as everybody knows, but no less dangerous for that. For them, anger is a substitute for thought, and repeating insults is eloquence. They love their hate rallies and revel in their self-inflicted misery. A splendid psychosis. All their shrinks must be feminists like themselves.

Wow Allen - Great points. This should be a post on its own!

Thanks, Tom. You raised an important issue--as you always do--and pointed to a significant aspect of modern feminism.
