Sadly, false accusations are rampant. Indeed, they are so rampant that we should counter the "believe the woman" narrative with the more truthful, believe NO woman whose advocates refuse to acknowledge false accusations. Further, it is time we pass the "Justice for All Act" which would criminalize false accusations by imposing upon any accuser who fails to win their case that the maximum fine the accused would have faced times 3 (triple damages for fraud). The false accuser would then have their identity with pictures placed in a federal archive on the web indicating the details of the false accusation ruling so that any future accusation or testimony by this individual would be seen in proper context. Further, we should pass legislation imposing the same penalty on any rape counselor or activist who failed to due to diligence before representing or advocating for the the false accuser for aiding and abetting the criminal in question.

Agree. If we truly want to change this dire mess we will have to make false accusations have a serious price tag. Once women see that it is as serious for them as it is for those they accuse I am guessing the number of accusations will drop like a rock. At this point they are rarely held accountable much less punished for their evil.

Sadly true. We also need researchers who are not biased feminists to do research and publish widely on the true extent of false accusations relative to legitimate ones. I can't speak for the wider society but within academia I have every reason to believe that false accusations EXCEED legitimate complaints. (A long time friend was the secretary for the office that handled Title IX for the community college I attended. Now that she has retired to shared with me some of the BS she saw. She pointed out that back in the 80's, 90's you might have a harassment complaint every few years! After the feminists began abusing Title IX under Clinton and worse under Obama they would have multiple complaints per week! I asked her, given her access to information, what she thought the false accusation rate might be. She laughed and said at least 95%!) My own knowledge of specific cases suggests that this number may actually be repesentative and not an outlier.

Damn. 95%. I would not be surprised by that but it is a staggering thought. I wonder how many employees like your friend are aware of this atrocity and no one is speaking up.

Would your friend be willing to write this up anonymously? I would love to publish that for all to see.

The deceit and manipultion by the dystopian fascists is breathtaking. This bullshit is intended to support the "Red Flag Law" (a self-serving agenda-driven mandate and not a legitimate law) designed to unConstituionally confiscate firearms.

Yes, and the seals will applaud the govt taking away those firearms. That is until they realize what is actually going on.

Good for Michael Irvin but the other 'stuff' is shocking ...

Political Leaders are supporting these outcomes and changes, even by their passivity - do not forget that.....
