I am not a scientist so inclined to ask what may be absurd questions, however, I have long wondered whether we take up the things we become proficient at because subconsciously we know we are equipped as individuals to excel at those particular things. Does our mind decide to take up sprinting, for instance, because it knows that our leg muscles have a higher than average concentration of the muscle cell types for that activity?

Don't be afraid to say that's a stupid question.

I am sure you are correct. Our decisions to partake in a wide variety of things may be influenced by our "intuition" and our tendency to move towards our strengths. It is surely partly responsible for why we "fall into" different situations.

I am sure that a great sprinter knows and has gotten plenty of feedback that he is fast.

I remember a great interview you and Janice had with James a while back, and I emailed him after that. Good to hear from him again.

Aha! That was a good one wasn't it? I will likely be posting some of those Regarding Men videos and that will be one I will be sure to post. Thanks Allen.

I'm sure you have plans for your Substack, but I'd love to see you gather those Regarding Men videos here. YouTube is too erratic these days.

Thanks for the feedback Humdinger's Cat. I have been wondering about that and think I should start putting some up. I am also planning on putting up the series Paul and I did on Red Pill Relationships which gave men and young men a chance to hear a different perspective on relationships.

I just wish substack had a way to group videos, like a playlist. Maybe they do and I have yet to find it!
