This is an important video from a group in Australia called the “Other Side.“ They do an excellent job in looking at the reality that men have been under attack.
Here is an interesting video on how men are wronged regarding dating and sex. Almost all of men's normal sexual behavior can be considered criminal at the whim of any woman, while women's sexual power is strong and getting stronger. The hypocrisy is staggering.
On a related note...if men no longer have any hope of justice and fairness from the legal system where false accusing and sociopathic women are aided by the state and its various government funded advocacy programs for women, why should men comply with the rules of that system? When bad behavior goes unpunished, you get more of it. If the state won't address the bad behavior of women...can society really object if the men whose lives are destroyed decide to address the problem themselves...outside the law? The concept of no justice no peace applies here....and women have a LOT to lose in such a scenario....indeed...far more than men do.
Oh society can object. They are much more likely to condemn men than women. It's a very tough spot for men and hopefully people will wake up before we run into the crisis you describe. If we continue to fail to hold women accountable I don't see much alternative to your vision of things.
I fear we are much closer to that future than people realize. Just 2 days ago The Minneapolis Star Tribune posted a commentary by a feminist lawyer stating that just because a man is not charged/convicted with rape doesn't mean he didn't do it...going on and on about how women are not heard, how they are attacked during trials by having their actions and motions questioned while men are allowed to lie with impunity rather than just admit their guilt. They just don't get it that they are going to create the very demand for SHARIA type law that they should be afraid of.
I am a lawyer who has defended males in this situation. Yes, but no. This is a tactic of the left to contect males, instead of recognising the real whole problem: male have become a second class citizens in current society. Is this one of the problems? Yes. Is this the whole problem? No. So, instead of being happy, I am angry for the lack of recognition of the real whole problem.
Your work is excelent and the point wasjt against your work
But please always point the truth and go further. We shall and we MUST be angry
But we must not be thrioumphants. I dont want to come back. No. Now, I have become a real feminist: I want equality. Indeed, I want 5 years more of lifespam. 10 points more males at the Uni. 50 points less of males being killed. And, of course, women being held accountable for IPV.
Btw, I am in Spain figthing for this topics (as much as I can).
I have had male friends that do not understand that current (and previous) their female partners have all the power. They either stay in the toxic relationship for years just hoping things will get better, and have had years of abuse by their partner (one in particular 30 years or more). Or get accused violence, even though there partners where the abusive ones. After multiple spurious Investigation and sometimes failed prosecutions, they jump back in to another toxic relationship 3-6 months later. I just don't know why these men keep making the same bad decisions and over again, or why they stay in toxic relationship for years.
I recently had a conversation with a strong believer in MGTOW. Whereas I support MGTOW as a measure to withdraw from society's expectations, I tried to convince him that men's right activism is more important than hoping that MGTOWs become a significant movement for society to start caring for men's issues.
First, even as a Mgtow, he is still supporting the system with his tax money that goes mainly to women. Secondly, and most importantly, a Mgtow is still vulnerably to wrongful accusations by a random women even if he never met her before. He then said that he can avoid it by avoiding women, but I think we both knew that it is not possible as we meet women everywhere in real life. In the streets, at work, everywhere.
Awareness is the first step, and cudos to Tom and this Aussie journalist for airing a full hour on this topic.
i support the MTOW men and think they are pioneers, however, I fear that they are taking genes out of the pool. We need those strong men who have such foresight to have children.
Another excellent piece. It seems the situation in Australia is only slightly worse than in the US universities as the American presumption of innocence no longer exists under Title IX. Where I disagree with many of the presenters is the constant effort to argue that these assaults on the freedom of men are coming from a small number of women. The evidence simply does NOT support that argument. When one counts those women who aid and abet the worst offenders, it is a LARGE number of women who engage in such attacks on men with very, very few women having the courage to stand up for what is just and fair for all. As such, I object to the approach used even in the early part of the episode where the focus was on the effects of the attack on the Australian actor on the WOMEN in his life. Forgive me...but we need to stop putting considerations for the status or and impact on women ahead of all other considerations. Let's be honest here...women as a group...ARE the problem and that means any actions to resolve the problem needs must be addressed at women as a group.
Final point: recognise that they left is guilty of that and feminism has been as sexist as males were blamed to be.
Tehis change in male in IPV is just the left trying to but our perdon with penauts. Instead of looking at our real problems, they just give IS something that is NOT by far the gratest problem we have (although we also have this roblem).
No. Sorry. This is not the way. Abuse on men is relevant. But this is NOT our agenda. We have other more important issues, like masculinization of education. This is a step forward, but I reject buying feminist agenda and just putting a name "male" on it.
First point in the agenda: recognise that almost ALL the gaps are against males in current males, but government keep helping women in a sort of new Matriarchy.
Second puint: recognise that they were wrong in the past 20 years.
Third point: segregated education by sex. All will be solved by that.
Perhaps you could explain to the gentleman who was set up by his wife and her lawyer that he is not our agenda. Just who are you referring to when you say "our"?
Men have become the scapegoats in the world of lunatic feminists and this video highlights it brilliantly.

Thank you, Tom. Bettina Arndt wrote about this, too.

It is truly a head scratcher. It makes it even more important that we work to get the word out there.

But how do you think mgtow-men can have children, when they are avoiding women altogether?

Indeed. And silence is a big part of the problem.
