It seems to me there is a simple solution. These shelters are funded with government funds and operate as public accommodations. Such organizations cannot discriminate on the basis of sex. Such service providers who turn away men while providing services to women should be hit, along with their funding agencies, with class actions suits for gender discrimination REQUIRING that they provide equal services or shut down. Enough is enough!

I would be curious to hear why this has not been done already. I know these shelters would claim that that do help men, but just in different ways.

I think there is a lot of things in society that should be not receiving funding from Tax Payers but if they do, then I agree with what you are proposing.. but the problem is, the injustice and it is controlled by our Leaders.. all over the world... and citizens cannot just say, "stop this now" and actually win... the cry is, "you got what you voted for".. this is nonsense.. and the opposite is, "vote them out next election if you don't like them" this is also nonsense...

Where do citizens get to actually vote for actual policy or where money is spent... really spent at basic levels.

Switzerland will ask voters whether tax should go up.. ok. it sounds good.. but do we get to see where the actual money is spent!!!!

its a big ego con game..

Highly recommend reading Abuse of Men by Women by Ann Silvers which provides some resources and advice for men in these kinds of situations.

Good. There is also an excellent book by Phil Cook on male victims.

The deliberate lack of support for men is, of course, a form of relational aggression perpetrated by feminists against men.

Very good point. Aggression by omission. Indeed!

What a great post. Thank you. This is truly balanced thinking and democratic action.

Surprising to see from the BBC!

I suspect that had it been men wearing blue the coverage would have been non-existent. But if it takes these women, who have clearly had their eyes opened in the most tragic circumstances, to spread the word, then all power to them.

I guess the one responsible for this at BBC already lost his job for his outburst of misogyny

Is that support for male victims of domestic abuse, or support for victims of male domestic abuse?

LOL! Good catch! It could go either way couldn't it?

When I tell a couple of professional friends about the problems Men are having, such as in this article, they underplay it immediately. There is always push back. I've started to realise that they don't care about actual Justice happening or do not understand it.

An example of this is a friend says, "a man, by law, must be able to see his children (here in Switzerland) in such cases" and the non belief that such horrors can happen in other countries is astounding to me.. I have to really defend myself when talking about this.. with real force.. I somehow have to justify what I'm saying is real and not made up.. and maybe some of that comes my own 'this is unbelievable attitude' but non the less I've started quoting movies etc., about what is happening.

"Hey look, this is mentioned in the BBC - that is main stream not some conspiracy paper!!"

Just to try and make them stand up..

The one thing I am interested in knowing and would like men in such situations to actually address is their relationship with their child(ren) before the shit hit the fan.

And on that note, I had a male acquaintance tell me that he kept seeing his children after the divorce because he wanted to be a Father and his ex wife was thrilled that He was taking them on holidays etc., because she got breathing space.. He told me, sadly, that he missed out on a lot of the children's adventures because they were not all living together anymore..

But it struck me that here I was hearing about a Woman that basically liked having space from her own children when in fact it seems that all the cases I read about on here or elsewhere are hanging onto their children like their own possession, their car or sofa or something...

I'm just saying..

Thank God for these daughters..

My dude, these chicks don't give a F about anything until someone in their pathetically small social circle gets hit with this BS. Anything and anyone outside a women's front door is a foreigner in a foreign country. Whenever they leave the house they put on a fake mask and read from a script to get shit done in life.

These daughters are not against feminism and supported it wholeheartedly, even when dad was abused. They don't actually care about men, they care about their father. They don't see the correlation between all of this social justice retardation and what happened to their father. They just jumped on the opportunity to get on the news and profiteer from dads death. I might be pessimistic at times but I really fail to see how all of a sudden these daughters are now the best thing since sliced bread.

The only thing that can be taken away from this, is what we already knew: women can abuse as well and are not solely the victim. Plenty of predatory ass chicks out there playing the victim whenever they get caught.

Don't worry about what you write or how you write it. Just start typing and as you type the words will come out. I would rather have an honest reply then some academic watered down woke script. You can always edit your comment later so don't wait any longer and don't keep me waiting! Let's hear it Jamie!
